My Own Private Beach

After the noise, and color, and celebration, let there be White.

A gathering of comforting white things makes a soothing vignette to replace the commotion of the past few days. So nice when the tide of visitors comes in. And good to get back to the natural rhythm of things after.

Some of my very favorite things.... Clocks, books, linen and lace, dried weeds, and sea stars. My table has become my own private beach in which to smooth out the wrinkles of too much play, too much to eat, and not enough sleep. . . .

And just in time for White Wednesday!
I hope you're all finding life a Beach!
Ciao! for now!

  13. Oh simply beautiful. The vignette is adorable and looses nothing for lack of colour. White has a beauty all of it's own. Love, love, love it.
